Estimated delivery time for international orders: up to 3 working days, excluding customs clearance. We work primarily with DHL Express for our worldwide shipments. Please note, these shipments may also be subject to customs duties and taxes. Any custom duties or import taxes incurred by shipping to overseas destinations is under customer's liability. Return & Exchange
Within Turkey: We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 15 days of ship date.
International: We are happy to accept returns postmarked within 30 days of receipt, but we are unable to offer exchanges for our international customers at this time. Sorry :(
