Orders from Spain are shipped locally from our Madrid base. Orders from Turkey are shipped locally from Istanbul. All other international orders are shipped using trusted global couriers.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. For international orders, we offer both express (1–3 working days) and economy (5–10 working days) options, excluding customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

Within Turkey and Spain:
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of the shipping date. Exchanges are possible for the same item in a different size, depending on availability.

International Orders:
We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of delivery. We're currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders.
